Description

GROWTH in Development

By coding 3 hours every day for a month (90 hours), I was able to develop a playful, Weather API web application. Ideation phase (10 days): Sketched the design layout in FigJam, created mockups in Figma. Development phase (15 days): Built the application with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 (Semantic) & CSS3 - using asynchronous programming for fetching APIs. Illustration phase (3 days): Designed 10 character graphics for displaying the current weather condition. Deployment phase (2 days): Published the website using Vercel - linking the GitHub repository & creating environment variables for API key security.

Project Tools — OpenWeather API, Geolocation API, VS Code, GitHub, Figma, Affinity, Vercel & Chrome DevTools.
